How much does it cost to clean an office?

Questions that need to be asked before this can be answered are:

  • How big is the office? Rooms, SQM, Floors etc
  • What are the floor and wall coverings?
  • How old is the fit-out? What kind of condition is it in?
  • How much furniture is in the office?
  • What is the scope of the work? (Job breakdown with frequency)
  • Do you have a scope of work and/or a roster you are currently using?
